10 Things I Believe to be Undeniable

I believe that while we cannot control everything that happens to us,
we do possess the power to control how we react to it.
Life is little bits and pieces of what happens to us
mixed inextricably with much larger bits and pieces of how we respond.

#2 – I believe that it is impossible to alter our lifestyle and environment without radical commitment to definitive change. To be what you’ve never been, you’ve got to do what you’ve never done. There is no middle ground.

#3 – I believe that the biggest obstacle to a person reaching their most lofty goal is the one variable over which they possess the greatest control. Our greatest resource and our greatest enemy can only be seen clearly with the help of a mirror.

#4 – I believe that desire is the ultimate measuring stick of success. You do what you have to do to get where you want to go and doing stops when we reach complacency or contentment.

#5 – I believe that regardless the cause, purpose, intent or need; unity cannot be created without division. There will always be opposition that believes they are right just as strongly as those who they oppose believe that they are insanely wrong. (Read More)

#6 – I believe that there will always be wicked people and they will always do wicked things to good people for no apparent reason. There is no strength without struggle and there is no struggle that is pointless.

#7 – I believe that YOU will always matter to someone…ALWAYS!

#8 – I believe that we possess equal ability to find an opportunity to laugh or a reason to cry each and every day and that it is unhealthy to focus on one of these emotions to the complete exclusion of the other.

#9 – I believe that no matter how wealthy a person becomes they will never have more money than could possibly be spent. I also believe that no matter how poor a person becomes, when money is needed the most, it can always be found.

#10 – I believe that no matter how much a person does in a day there will always be something left over for tomorrow. I also believe that doing nothing is the most draining task physically and emotionally because there is no opportunity to take a break.
