This mug was designed with my daughter in mind. I wanted her to know that regardless the challenges she faced or the emotions that may at times hide the shining sun from her world, she was never alone. There was and always would be someone who cared, someone whose life was impacted by hers, someone whose world included a glimmer of sunshine simply because of the connection between two hearts. I wanted her to hold to the truth that even when she couldn’t see through the lingering clouds, the sun was still shining and she was still loved.

The scene is sunrise in Fernandina Beach, Florida. The chair occupant greets the day with all the magic and wonder that each new sunrise brings. The ocean rolls softly and rhythmically to the shoreline. As I took pictures of the morning sunrise, pelicans drifted down the shoreline in formation on the morning breeze and dolphins swam casually with the current. With that scenery as the backdrop, this mug was created to capture and convey the thought that, no matter who you are or where you may be, “You will always matter to someone… ALWAYS!”
